the location was beachfront! there's a 7-eleven just opposite the hotel. i could easily get basic necessities. my kids and i enjoyed playing at the pool with slides. good restaurants and shops are nearby so eating out was never a problem.
The hotel towels felt a bit stained. It would improve the experience if they were replaced more often.

The location were great near the beach. Breakfast were good to have it. Staff are friendly and cute to the customers.
The fridge didn't work. The bathroom looked like it has mold.

The hotel boasts a prime location directly on the beach. There are many restaurants and shops very close to the hotel. The pool area includes slides, providing additional entertainment for children. I was given a room upgrade (to a poolside chalet with a buggy ride).
The parking signage was not clear regarding parking fees outside the hotel premises.

The breakfast buffet (I particularly enjoyed the fresh fruit selection!) offers a decent variety of both local and international options, ensuring there is something for everyone. The staff is attentive, and they maintain the dining area well, keeping it clean during service hours.
